Weltberühmt und nicht ganz unumstritten: Die deutsche Nationalhymne. Bei Sportevents, wie z.B. Fußball-WM/EM oder Olympischen Spielen, wird Joseph Haydns Melodie aus dem Kaiserlied immer wieder einmal nachgefragt von Gitarrenschülern. Für einen Ensemble-Workshop habe ich daher einmal ein einfaches Gitarren-Arrangement des Liedes der Deutschen zusammengestellt.
Drei Stimmen, einfache rhythmische Variationen und eine Akkordbegleitung mit leichten, halben Griffen kennzeichnen diese Spiel-Variante. Hier gibt’s Tabs und Noten des Nationalhymne für Gitarre sowohl als Ensemble-Fassung als auch als einzelne Stimme für die Akustik-Gitarre.
Ich habe mich bei dem Arrangement für die Tonart G-Dur entschieden; in den meisten Fällen wird die Deutschland-Hymne in F- oder Eb-Dur notiert. Diese Tonarten kommen vor allem Blasinstrumenten und Balsorchestern sehr entgegen. Manche Arrangements sind in C-Dur – da freuen sich vor allem Klavierspieler über einfache Fingerwege.

Doch auf der Gitarre macht der recht hohe Tonumfang von Haydns Melodie den gängigen Varianten einen Strich durch die Rechnung. Immerhin sind innerhalb von eineinhalb Oktaven nahezu alle Töne einmal anzuspielen – sogar eine kleine Modulation erweitert noch den Tonumfang. Bei G-Dur bedeutet das, dass sämtliche Grundtöne auf den 3 Melodiesaiten zum Einsatz kommen sowie das f# und d auf der D-Saite.
Die zweite Stimme hat ebenfalls einen recht hohen Tonumfang. Anders als bei den meisten zweiten Stimmen für einfache Gitarrenarrangements beschränken sich die Töne nicht auf D-, A- und E-Saite sondern schließen auch Töne auf der g- und h-Saite ein. Ich wollte hier ein paar farbige Tonbewegungen schaffen anstatt immer gleich wandernde Bass-Strukturen.
In der zweiten Liedhälfte wird’s dann erst einmal einfach, da eine ganze Weile nur der Ton „D“ gespielt wird. Doch in der Schlussphrase geht’s tief in die Basstöne rein, bis zum tiefen „G“ auf der E-Saite.

Die 3. Stimme besteht ausschließlich aus halben Griffen auf der g, h und e-Saite. Damit werden eine ganze Menge verschiedener Akkorde zusammengestellt, darunter sogar ein paar recht komplexe Vertreter, wie z.B. Gmaj7 (Takt 10) oder Em7/9 (Takt 8). Dabei bleiben die Griffe wegen der Struktur auf den Melodiesaiten stets einfach zu greifen und entfalten im gesamten Zusammenspiel schließlich ihre Klangfarben.Guitar music and artificial intelligence – how does that fit together?
